Details of the Job/Internship
Zenithindia is hiring a Legal Research Intern to join their team in a full-time remote role. The position involves conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing legal documents, preparing summaries and reports, supporting legal content development, assisting in the preparation of legal materials, and collaborating with the team to provide insights on relevant projects while staying updated on compliance requirements and legislative changes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze legal documents.
- Prepare summaries and reports.
- Support the development of legal content.
- Assist in the preparation of legal materials.
- Review legal cases and draft documents.
- Stay updated on compliance requirements and legislative changes.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient communication skills to present legal findings effectively.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and deadline management in a remote setting.
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in law or a related field.
- Experience with legal software and tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of corporate or intellectual property laws is a plus.
