Details of the Job/Internship

Cognition is hiring a Legal Research Specialist with experience of 3–7 years to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review lawsuits, complaints, and court filings to extract key information.
• Categorize and tag cases using defined legal taxonomies.
• Prepare concise summaries of legal filings and case developments.
• Conduct research on companies, law firms, and litigation trends.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of legal data within the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve research quality and coverage.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to review and summarize legal documents accurately.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a night shift role.
