India Legal Research Foundation is hiring a Legal Research & Strategic Initiatives Associate to join their office in Sector 68, Noida, on a full-time basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Verify and fact-check legal content before publication.
- Conduct in-depth research for newsletters and editorial publications.
- Research judgments, statutory developments, and regulatory updates.
- Maintain accuracy, credibility, and clarity in published material.
- Identify and initiate outreach to law schools, legal luminaries, legal tech startups, and allied institutions.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Support fellowship and institutional engagement initiatives.
- Represent ILRF in structured professional communication.
- Maintain outreach tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Engage with potential clients to understand legal concerns.
- Prepare structured case briefs and issue notes.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and legal mapping.
- Assist in drafting basic legal documents, summaries, and research notes.
- Support internal case preparation workflows.
Eligibility
- Recent law graduate.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional discipline with the ability to manage timelines independently.
- Interest in litigation, legal strategy, and institution building is preferred.
- Long litigation internships or prior full-time litigation experience is an advantage.
