Details of the Job/Internship
Arpit Goel is hiring Research Collaborators with experience of 0–5 years to join his assignment in a remote capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct intensive case research specifically focused on money laundering and PMLA.
- Analyze jurisdictional aspects and practical legal issues within the framework of the PMLA.
- Provide drafting inputs for the ongoing research assignment.
- Collaborate with the lead advocate to deepen the overall understanding of the Act.
- Maintain commitment to the six-month research timeline in an online mode.
Eligibility
- Law students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law course.
- Final-year students of a 3-year law course.
- Young advocates with less than 5 years of professional practice.
- Candidates must be curious, committed, and research-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in financial crimes and jurisdictional law.
Salary/Stipend
