Details of the Job/Internship

Aquis Search is hiring for the position of Legal Researcher with experience of 2+ years to join their India office. 

Role and Responsibilities

As an important part of the Middle East Legal Team, you will be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies to attract legal professionals. The role requires an understanding of the legal market, recruitment processes, and the ability to attract top talent in the industry

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified legal candidates using various channels, including (but not -limited to) LinkedIn and the internal CRM.
• Record information accurately on the internal CRM.
• Arrange calls for the recruiters with candidates, and arrange follow-ups with candidates.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Law)
• 2+ years of experience in legal recruitment
• Experience in legal or professional services recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
