Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Advocate Rameeza Hakeem is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Researcher to join them at their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• The LR will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research on cases received, preparing case notes for arguments, researching recent case law etc.
• Areas of law: arbitration, arbitration related litigation, civil writs, insolvency law.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Proficiency in SCC Online, Westlaw and Lexis Nexis.
• Candidates who have worked as LRs / Juficial Clerk for a Supreme Court/ High Court judge or a Senior Advocate practcising in these courts will be given preference.

Salary/Stipend

Between 6-12 lakhs per annum.
