Role and Responsibilities

• Liaisoning with government agencies, authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Providing legal advice and support to business operations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management.
