Details of the Job/Internship

IMAGIN.studio is hiring a Legal Researcher with experience of 2+ years to join their team in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify copyright infringement cases through market analysis using reverse image search methods.
• Maintain a Jira board to prioritise and track cases.
• Assist legal counsel in drafting cease and desist letters and follow up on payments.
• Coordinate with debt collection agencies for payment follow-ups.
• Maintain administrative files related to infringement cases.
• Support the end-to-end process from identifying infringements to negotiation.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative roles.
• Academic experience in legal studies is an advantage.
• Understanding of Kanban boards and project management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Experience working in a remote, international environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
