Mace Corporate Associates is looking for a Legal Researcher to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate should be responsible for extensive research on a variety of legal issues, such as case law, laws, rules, and precedents.
• The candidate should possess the ability to analyze and summarize legal documents, agreements, and other documents.
• The candidate should be able to provide detailed and succinct legal analysis, commentary, etc.
• The candidate should Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients.
• The candidate should organize and manage databases and sources related to legal research. 
• The candidate makes sure the research is correct and relevant. 

Eligibility

Qualifications: LLB/LLM/ Juris Doctor (JD), background in Biology and Chemistry.

• The candidate should have Proficiency in conducting research and the capacity to acquire and evaluate legal data from a wide variety of sources.
• The candidate should have Excellent legal writing and communication abilities, with the capacity to compose clear and succinct commentaries. 
• The candidate should be able to think analytically and critically to assess legal problems and come up with reasonable solutions.
• The candidate makes sure that legal research and documents are accurate, you need to pay close attention to detail.
• The candidate should have the capacity to effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• The candidate must have Knowledge of legal research databases. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• The candidate should Ensure that legal research and analysis are conducted in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
