MetaLaw Offices is hiring a Legal Researcher with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in South Delhi. The role involves working closely with the Founder and leadership team to support legal research, strategy initiatives, and knowledge work within a corporate legal setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
• Assist in preparing briefs, notes, opinions, and internal documents.
• Support the Founder’s Office on legal strategy and knowledge-related work.
• Track legal developments, policy changes, and industry updates.
• Use AI-powered research tools and databases effectively.
• Assist with documentation, analysis, and coordination as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, with fresh graduates having strong research skills also considered.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in legal databases and AI research tools.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership.

Salary/Stipend
