Pacific Legal Professional Corporation is hiring a Legal Researcher with 1–2 years of experience to join their team in a remote work arrangement. This role offers a great opportunity for early-career legal professionals to engage in high-quality legal research.
Position Details:
- Full-time, remote position (Monday to Friday).
- Initial contract of 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension.
- Flexible working hours, results-driven environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research Canadian law topics.
- Draft accurate and engaging legal blog posts and articles.
- Translate complex legal concepts into plain language.
- Ensure all content is original (Non-AI), well-structured, and SEO-friendly.
- Suggest article topics based on legal developments and client needs.
- (Optional but preferred) Draft in both English and French.
Eligibility
- Legal background (law degree or paralegal diploma) and experience in Canadian law.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience writing legal blogs, articles, or publications.
- Strong research skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (professional legal writing level).
- French writing skills are a strong asset.
- Must provide 2–3 published writing samples related to Canadian law.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines.
Salary/Stipend
