Details of the Job/Internship

S D Puri Labour Law Consultation is hiring a legal researcher to join them in Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on a wide range oflabour issues including statutes, regulations, case laws, legal precedents, legal articles, judgements and Gazette notifications. 
• Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, and legal precedents that may impactthe organization or its clients.
• Maintain a current knowledge of legal trends and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
• Conduct in-depth research on legal questions that arise in real-time cases and projects.

Eligibility

• Graduate
• Strong experience with legal research methods and tools.
• Familiarity with Manupatra, Casemine, SCC, Labour Law Reporter and other legal research platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in research and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal work.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple research projects instantaneously.
• Age bar. - 45+

Salary/Stipend
