Role and Responsibilities
- Experience of working in Mortgages is must.
- Experience in Mortgage loans, Title search & exhaustive property due diligence is required.
- Knowledge of Drafting Agreement, & various contracts related to Loan Agreement & Mortgages.
- Experience of SARFAESI & Litigation (DRT, HC, NCLT, Consumer) & Title Search is must.
