Details of the Job/Internship
Lotus Herbals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Counsel – FMCG with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, influencer tie-ups, marketing collaborations, NDAs, and joint ventures.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations including the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and consumer protection laws.
- Stay updated with advertising standards and regulatory developments.
- Assist with trademark filings, oppositions, and infringement actions.
- Respond to legal notices and consumer complaints.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and arbitration matters.
- Support the Company Secretary in managing statutory compliance and ROC filings.
- Provide legal advice to departments such as marketing, HR, sales, and R&D.
- Conduct legal audits and implement SOPs for risk mitigation.
Eligibility
- UG: LLB (Any Specialization)
- PG: LLM (Law)
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant in-house or law firm experience, preferably in FMCG/consumer brands.
Salary/Stipend
