Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Mahindra is hiring for a Legal role with experience of 12+ years to join their offices in Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, and technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC, turnkey contracts, professional service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
- Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors including software licenses, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for contractual correspondence, amendments, extensions, and compliance.
- Safeguard the company’s interests in contractual matters and identify and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations.
Eligibility
12+ years of relevant experience.
