Lexapar is hiring a Legal Associate – Legal-Tech & Business Growth with 2–3 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate, commercial contracts, and advisory matters.
• Participate in sales discussions and client pitches.
• Support mandate acquisition and client relationship management.
• Contribute to expanding the legal-tech-led practice.
• Work closely with founders on execution, process building, and operational excellence.
• Support day-to-day operational activities beyond legal drafting.

Eligibility

• Two to three years of post-qualification experience.
• Willingness to adopt and leverage technology in legal workflows.
• Comfort balancing legal responsibilities with business discussions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Interest in legal innovation and client-facing roles.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
