CaseMine is hiring for the position of Legal Sales Management with experience of 0-1 years to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop and nurture relationships with new clients to drive business growth and expand the company's market presence. Work with the sales team to identify and target potential opportunities, ensuring the alignment of client needs with company solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on those from the legal sector. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of our services and solutions.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and developments within the legal sector to better understand client needs and provide relevant insights.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and feedback to senior management. Use this information to drive improvements in client service and engagement.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or a related role. Prior experience in the legal sector is highly preferred.
- Educational Background: A degree in Law or an MBA is preferred. Alternatively, significant experience in managing legal clients or in a related field will be considered.
