Details of the Job/Internship

Zerodues is hiring experienced Sales / Lead Conversion Executives to handle and convert daily incoming leads at its Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls on company-provided daily leads.
• Understand customer requirements and assess lead quality.
• Convert qualified leads or transfer interested prospects to the senior team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Share daily activity and performance reports.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or lead conversion.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Professional, polite, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or service sales is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000
