Details of the Job/Internship
Aayush Wellness Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Secretary with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Goregaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Statutory Compliance: Maintain and update minutes, statutory registers, and records to ensure accurate documentation.
- Regulatory Filings: Manage compliance with SEBI, MCA, RBI, and other regulatory authorities, ensuring timely submissions and updates.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated with changes in regulatory guidelines and assess their impact on corporate operations.
- Corporate Events: Assist management and senior officers in organizing and managing corporate events and meetings.
- Legal Support: Assist senior officers in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal agreements and documents.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with RTA, depositories, stock exchanges, law firms, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility
- Qualifications: Company Secretary (CS) certification.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
