Details of the Job/Internship
Al-Ramsy Advocates and Legal Consultancy is hiring a Legal Secretary to support its legal operations in Dubai. The role involves providing administrative, coordination, and secretarial support to the legal team, managing legal documentation, and liaising with clients and external service providers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with legal consultants and assist with meeting coordination.
- Organise and maintain legal files and records, both physical and digital.
- Handle incoming calls and communicate professionally with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare, organise, and follow up on legal powers of attorney and related documents.
- Perform general secretarial and administrative duties.
- Liaise and coordinate with certified translation offices.
- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the legal team.
Eligibility
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or within a law firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university (preferred).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
