Details of the Job/Internship
Manyata Developers Pvt. Ltd is hiring a Legal Secretary with 2 to 3 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in implementing various Legal / Corporate actions.
- Filling of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and Stock exchanges.
- Maintenance of minutes and other records as required as per Companies Act.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, SEBI LODR Regulations.
- They effectively deal with and liaise with external authorities like SEBI, ROC, RTA, Debenture Trustee Auditors, Lawyers, etc.
- Experience in listing NCDs will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding and experience of compliance requirements related to Quarterly & Annual Compliances and informing on the Stock exchange.
- Responsible for creation of ISIN, Corporate action plans, Allotment of Debentures, PAS 3, and MGT 14.
- Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and other statutory authorities.
- Incorporation of the New Company/LLP.
- Responsible for the compliance of Charge Creation, Modification, and Satisfaction of Charges.
- Any other event-based compliances as and when required.
Eligibility
- High school degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior 2-3 years of Experience in the same domain.
- Self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
