Details of the Job/Internship

TeamLease Regtech is hiring a Legal Senior Associate with 3+ years of experience and an LL.B or higher qualification.

Role and Responsibilities

• During Software Implementation:
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary data.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and TL Regtech.
  • Assist in compliance identification, mapping, and training.
  • Support in generating and extracting relevant reports and data.
• Post Implementation Support:
  • Train end-users on compliance software.
  • Support compliance completion and track adherence to 100% compliance goals.
  • Ensure tool comprehensively covers all applicable company compliances.
  • Map compliances accurately with relevant team members.
  • Resolve user queries and act as liaison between internal and TL Regtech teams.
  • Maintain issue trackers and update resolution statuses regularly.
• General Support:
  • Report to the company’s legal representative for day-to-day tasks.
  • Support legal and compliance research and documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B or higher degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal/compliance functions.
• Strong understanding of corporate compliance frameworks.
• Good coordination, communication, and legal research skills.
