Details of the Job/Internship

EY is hiring a Legal Senior Associate with experience of 2 to 6 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client/vendor/partner agreements, flow downs, teaming agreements, MSAs, engagement letters, GTCs, subscription agreement, Orders, SOWs, subcontracts and other documentation.
• Understanding practice and business goals and how they impact the types of products and services procuredIdentify, track and manage key risks in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for EY’s business/procurement teams and support the legal team.
• Have a thorough understanding of general key business risks that need to be managed (training will be facilitated in respect of EY’s specific risk management framework).
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop risk matrix and policies, engagement strategies, and operational measures and implementing tactics.
• Collaborating with internal specialist functions including Independence, onshore legal teams, Security, Privacy and Risk Management.
• Maintaining an understanding of the impact of changes in EY policies, organizational structure, and procedures. 

Eligibility

• Law Graduate/ LL.B, with 2-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Knowledge of data protection, privacy and security terms
• Experiences in drafting and negotiating IP, liability, indemnity, data privacy, security, and other contractual terms.
• Someone who wants to grow into a new role at EY and develop new skills and attributes.
• A passion for contributing to the growth of the wider GCO and GDS team.

Salary/Stipend
