Details of the Job/Internship

Khaitan & Co. is hiring Legal Senior Associate for Direct Tax with the experience of 3 to 7 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Experience in transaction tax, tax due diligence and international tax.
• Candidate needs to have knowledge on tax laws and tax advisory.
• Post qualification experience 3 to 7 years.
• Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters.
• Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
