Details of the Job/Internship

Lexstone Group (Law Offices) is hiring a Legal Senior Associate with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law to join its office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and restructuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and transactional documents such as shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and investment documents.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance under the Companies Act, LLP Act, and allied laws.
• Advise on FEMA-related matters including FDI, ODI, cross-border transactions, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare detailed reports.
• Represent clients before regulatory authorities and assist with litigation support.
• Conduct legal research and draft notes, opinions, and advisory memoranda.
• Liaise with regulators, government bodies, and counterparties for transaction execution.
• Structure transactions to mitigate risks and protect client interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Licensed to practice law in India.
• Minimum 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial laws, FEMA regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
