Details of the Job/Internship

Lixil is hiring for the position of Legal Senior Executive with a PQE of 2-3 years to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana. This position will mainly support the sales, marketing, HR, Finance, Supply chain, and business development teams of Lixil. Additionally, will be working on diversified legal matters involving general corporate matters, customer contracts, corporate governance, supporting the compliance team and handling litigations & managing outside counsels.

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate must have to:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal and commercial agreements with customers and channel partners.
• Support in a day-to-day advisory to various internal stakeholders on a variety of legal matters like labor laws, corporate governance, privacy laws, legal metrology, etc. 
• Review and approve vendor onboarding and contracts. 
• Manage dispute resolutions and litigations in India and the Sub-continent and many more.

Eligibility

• The candidate must have a Law Degree from a reputed College in India and admission to the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum PQE of Minimum of 2-3 years ideally working with MNC in either an in-house role or law firm.
• Contract drafting and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High-level sensitivity regarding confidential information.
