Ullu is hiring Senior Legal Executive with the experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of various Agreements including but not limited to Production Services, Licenses, and Acquisitions.
- Vetting/reviewing of all forms of Agreements and Contracts.
- Coordinating with Clients.
- Drafting and replying to notices and complaints
- Handling ancillary Non-Litigation work.
Eligibility
- Long-term association and possessing at minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in dealing with above-mentioned responsibilities.
