Tata Steel is hiring a Legal Senior Manager with experience of 8 to 10 years to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all legal aspects related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings and NCLT matters.
- Provide expert guidance and support on legal issues pertaining to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal strategies align with business objectives.
Eligibility
- PQE: 8-10 in the field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), NCLT matters, and corporate legal affairs.
