McCormick & Company is hiring for the position of Legal Service Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram .

Role and Responsibilities

Contract Management

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts in line with company policies, playbooks, and templates.
• Serve as a key partner to business stakeholders to identify and manage legal and commercial risks.

Intellectual Property Support

• Assist in managing IP-related matters such as cease and desist letters, infringement take-downs, invention disclosures, patent/trademark applications, and renewals.
• Support licensing and IP-related agreements.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business teams to gather input on contractual terms and provide updates on legal deliverables.
• Offer legal insights to enable risk-balanced business decisions.

Contract Repository & Reporting

• Maintain and update the legal file repository, clause bank, and templates.
• Generate contract-related metrics and insights—tracking compliance, performance, ROI, and risk trends.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in legal support roles, preferably with exposure to international operations.
• In-depth knowledge of contract and IP law, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong legal and business judgment, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues effectively.
• Comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders at all levels and external parties.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SharePoint, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, and IP docketing systems.

Salary/Stipend
