McCormick & Company is hiring a Legal Service Lead with 6+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, redline, review, and negotiate Commercial, IP, and Procurement Contracts.
- Oversee Legal Matter Intake and Company Secretarial processes globally.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Legal Service Team, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Drive centralization and standardization of legal service activities.
- Liaise with legal and functional leadership to meet service standards and SLAs.
- Establish reporting processes to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement.
Eligibility
- Law degree with 6+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of legal concepts, procurement contracts, IP law, and relevant regulations.
- Experience with global contract management.
- Familiarity with legal technology including legal matter intake, CLM, and IP docketing.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
Salary/Stipend
