Details of the Job/Internship

Rayzon Solar is hiring for the position of Legal Services Manager with 13-15 years of experience to join their office in Surat. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the legal services department and ensure the team delivers high-quality legal support. 
• Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's objectives. 
• Manage complex legal cases and negotiate contracts to mitigate risks and protect the company’s interests. 
• Provide expert legal advice to senior management on various regulatory and compliance matters. 
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in legal operations. 
• Foster and manage relationships with external legal advisors and stakeholders. 
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on industry changes and impact on the organization's operations. 
• Prepare and present reports on legal issues and strategies to the executive leadership team. 
• Supervise, mentor, and develop legal staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. 

Eligibility

• Master's degree in Law (LL.M) or equivalent legal qualification. 
• Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. 
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. 
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and motivate a team. 
• Minimum of 13-15 years of relevant experience, ideally in a corporate setting. 
• Experience in managing complex legal cases and providing strategic guidance at a senior level. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing departmental budgets.
