Details of the Job/Internship
Mastercard is hiring a Specialist, Legal Services to join its office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract preparation and execution processes.
- Receive and triage contract requests to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate routine vendor and commercial contracts including NDAs, license agreements, and service contracts.
- Collaborate with business units and subject matter experts to finalize agreements.
- Analyze contract requirements and terms to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Deliver superior customer service in line with GBSC standards and service level objectives.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate.
- Strong legal and business acumen with problem-solving ability.
- Advanced negotiation skills with ability to manage complex workloads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to exercise judgment and escalate matters when necessary.
- Customer-focused service orientation.
- Knowledge of global legal systems and business practices (US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, APAC) is a plus.
