Details of the Job/Internship
Lotus Group is hiring a Legal & Society Operations Executive – Real Estate with experience of 1–4 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and manage Agreements for Sale, Allotment Letters, and Demand Notices.
- Handle registration, stamping, and legal documentation.
- Support conveyance and deemed conveyance while liaising with authorities.
- Manage end-to-end society formation and compliance with BMC and Registrar.
- Oversee maintenance setup, billing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Track demand notices, phase-wise payments, and reconciliation.
- Maintain MIS, documentation, and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with Legal, Projects, CRM, and Accounts teams.
Eligibility
- Graduate (LL.B. preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate, legal coordination, or society operations.
- Knowledge of society formation, compliance, and documentation.
- Experience in liaising with BMC and Registrar Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
- Willingness to travel to sites.
