Details of the Job/Internship
JBK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Software Coordinator with 0–1 years of experience to join their project team in Bhopal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for MML-related activities at the ministry office.
- Coordinate with government users, advocates, and legal staff for onboarding and training.
- Manage litigation data including case status, hearing dates, and court details.
- Provide live user support for login, software functions, and feature usage.
- Conduct user training sessions and refresher programs.
- Generate and submit daily reports on software usage and user issues.
- Ensure accuracy in data and assist in troubleshooting court website integrations.
- Follow up with officers regarding data discrepancies and case updates.
- Support rollout of new software features and updates.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Law, IT, Management, or related field.
- Preferred: experience with legal processes, government work, or case management tools.
- Proficient in MS Excel, data entry, and web-based platforms.
- Effective communication in Hindi and English.
- Familiarity with court systems and legal terminology is a plus.
