Details of the Job/Internship

SCUBE is hiring a Legal Solution Architect to join their office in Remote. The role involves owning functional design and governing processes and solutions for Source to Pay (S2P) and Legal deployments, supporting decision-making on functional and technical topics across multiple deployments, and ensuring global solution integrity through monitoring configuration, design decisions, data impact analysis, process definition documents, and customization versus configuration rationale. The position also requires actively engaging and educating business process owners, SMEs, and leadership on functional and data design solutions, ensuring re-use and lift-and-shift capabilities across deployments, collaborating with scrum teams to meet user story values and acceptance criteria, supporting onboarding and training with support teams, coaching team members on configuration and development, adhering to Waterfall and Agile principles, and working with delivery leadership and IT to build functional competency and organisational bench strength.

Role and Responsibilities

• Own functional design and govern processes and solutions for S2P and legal deployments.
• Support functional and technical decision-making across multiple deployments.
• Ensure global solution integrity through monitoring configuration and design documentation.
• Lead engagement and education of business process owners, SMEs, and leadership on design solutions and changes.
• Ensure re-use and lift-and-shift capabilities across deployments and future implementations.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to ensure user story values and acceptance criteria are met.
• Support onboarding, training, and solution governance with support teams.
• Coach and collaborate with team members on functional configuration and technical development.
• Adhere to Waterfall and Agile principles and values.
• Work with delivery leadership and IT to build functional competency and organisational capability.

Eligibility

• Experience with Source to Pay/procurement and contract lifecycle management solutions in configuration, development, and implementation is required.
• Functional and solution knowledge of related technologies and their integration with upstream and downstream tools.
• Functional and solution knowledge of procurement and legal best practices, AI-driven insights, document repositories, and electronic signature capabilities is preferred.
• Working knowledge of procurement and CLM tools such as SAP and Ariba or similar tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with master data objects supporting procurement and contract management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple third parties and internal stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
• Ability to communicate and articulate recommendations and decisions to IT and leadership.
