Details of the Job/Internship

SigmaRed Technologies is hiring a Legal Solutions Intern (North American Markets) to join remotely from India. The role involves gaining hands-on experience in legal operations, AI solutions, and client engagement while working closely with international law firms.

Role and Responsibilities

Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Test and provide feedback on legal AI tools.
Support the sales team in presenting legal AI solutions to international law firms and stakeholders.
Assist in client meetings, demos, and onboarding processes.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing legal support.
Conduct legal and compliance reviews to support business operations.

Eligibility

Fully qualified law graduate from a top Indian university preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior international exposure is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interest in legal tech and AI solutions, with eagerness to learn about business development processes.
