ASEC Engineers – A Verdantas Company is hiring a Legal Specialist – I with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review contracts and revisions to identify legal and commercial issues.
- Draft, revise, and negotiate terms to reduce risk and support business goals.
- Provide guidance to teams on contract execution and compliance.
- Use contract management systems to handle agreements and maintain records.
Eligibility
- Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Passed the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- Enrolled with a State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India.
- 3+ years of legal practice, preferably in commercial or contract law.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Preferred: Degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science.
- Preferred: Experience in engineering, environmental consulting, or construction.
