Details of the Job/Internship
Angel One is hiring a Legal Specialist – Legal Tech & Risk with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate, implement, and manage legal technology solutions.
- Coordinate with legal teams to identify tech needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide training and ongoing support for legal software systems.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within legal platforms.
- Liaise with IT and vendors to resolve issues.
- Monitor legal tech trends and recommend enhancements.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing board resolutions, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Identify legal risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Prepare legal risk reports and documentation.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance legal workflows.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in law, focusing on legal tech, contracts, and drafting.
