Details of the Job/Internship
Collabera is hiring a Contract and Compliance specialist with 1 year of experience to join their office in Baroda.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review terms and conditions for staffing, direct hire, and managed services contracts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with obligations.
- Resolve queries regarding contract revisions and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
- Standardize, improvise, and vet various legal agreements and contracts.
- Provide formal sign-off on matters referred to the contracts department.
- Breakdown complex contract issues by criticality and suggest practical workarounds.
- Act as the primary contact between the delivery team and sub-contractors for legal matters.
- Prepare reports and track exceptions for review by senior management.
- Provide backend support to the Legal Department.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
