Details of the Job/Internship
HCLTech is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist- Customer Contracts with 4-8 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently review, draft, and negotiate IT contracts, primarily for the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM).
- Work on a wide range of agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Rainmaker Agreements.
- Engage with procurement, business, and delivery teams to close transactions effectively.
- Collaborate with internal legal team members and external counsel, as required.
- Provide legal support for contract management activities, including amendments, renewals, and dispute resolution.
- Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks, providing strategies and inputs to mitigate exposure.
- Participate in negotiations and discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and advisors.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on transaction volume and progress.
- Support management reporting, cadence meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Contribute to special legal projects assigned by Senior Legal Counsel.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal team members.
