Details of the Job/Internship

NTPC Green Energy Limited invites applications for the position of Legal Specialist - III with 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Greater Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting of legal documents including contracts & tender documents, agreements, and MoUs etc.
• Handling legal matters related tcompany law, industrial law, labour laws, electricity laws, and environmental regulations etc.
• Managing litigation and arbitration cases including coordination with advocates, attending court hearings, filing legal replies, etc.
• Providing legal opinion and advisory services tthe management
• Ensuring statutory compliance and managing regulatory issues
• Legal issues related tsale/lease/sub lease/transfer etc. relating to the transaction of land.

Eligibility

• Minimum Essential Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3 yrs. LLB or 5 yrs. Integrated LL.B ) from a recognized university/institute with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
• Age Limit: 40 years.
• Desirable Qualification: LL.M. with specialization in Corporate/Contract/Labour Law.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience of working in a Public Sector Undertaking/Government Organisation/ Private Corporates in legal functions.
• Experience in legal functions of power sector/infrastructure/renewable energy sector will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend

CTC – 19,38,000/- per annum (Approx).
