Details of the Job/Internship
GARANT.iN is hiring a Legal Specialist (Immigration Law) with 2–5 years of professional legal experience to join their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide professional legal consultation to clients on immigration, residency, and citizenship.
- Handle legal issues relating to residence permits, citizenship, and investment immigration.
- Review and prepare required client documentation in compliance with immigration law.
- Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external legal documents.
- Monitor changes in immigration and investment legislation.
- Liaise with international colleagues and legal partners.
- Represent company interests before authorities and legal institutions when required.
Eligibility
- Mandatory law degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in immigration law, corporate law, or related practice.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and reviewing documents.
- Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Indian legal framework; exposure to international immigration law preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
