Details of the Job/Internship
GARANT.iN is hiring a Legal Specialist – Immigration Law with 2–5 years of experience to join their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal consultation and support on immigration, residency, and citizenship matters.
- Handle matters relating to residence permits, second citizenship, and investment immigration.
- Collect, review, and prepare client documentation in compliance with immigration laws.
- Draft, review, and manage internal and external legal documents.
- Monitor updates in immigration and investment legislation to maintain compliance.
- Coordinate with international colleagues and external legal partners.
- Represent the company in communication with authorities and legal institutions when required.
Eligibility
- Mandatory law degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in immigration law, corporate law, or related fields.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for premium client interaction.
- Knowledge of Indian legal framework; exposure to international immigration law is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
