Details of the Job/Internship

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Legal Specialist, Technology and Data Analysis with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain legal technology and AI solutions, including CLM, e-billing, matter management, and e-discovery systems.
• Design and support legal playbooks, templates, forms, processes, and workflow automation systems.
• Develop and maintain departmental performance metrics dashboards.
• Support the creation of training materials and serve as the technology subject matter expert for e-learning and AI platforms.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration for legal technology tools.
• Manage user permissions and coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system optimization.
• Lead technology projects for the Greater Legal team in collaboration with Enterprise IT.
• Document configurations, standards, and change management processes.
• Train users and provide end-user support.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in legal technology, automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Proactively recommend improvements to processes and tools.
• Lead or support implementation of AI-based and automated solutions to enhance legal workflows.
• Coordinate technology demonstrations, pilots, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with legal teams across different geographies and time zones.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a computer-related field from an accredited college or university (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology within the legal industry, including law firms, legal operations consulting firms, ALSPs, or in-house legal departments.
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms, including contract lifecycle management (Ironclad preferred), e-billing, matter management, and e-discovery tools.
• Experience with process automation, light coding, and workflow design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications, including Power Apps and Power BI.
• Proficiency with enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Studio.
• Knowledge of emerging legal AI tools.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with critical thinking ability.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and interest in legal technology innovation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
