Details of the Job/Internship

3SC is hiring a Legal Associate (Contracts & Litigation) with 2–3 years of experience to support legal and business operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including Lease & License, Manpower, Transport, Warehouse Services, and other commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice on contractual and business matters.
• Manage litigation, including coordination with external counsels and handling notices, pleadings, and case tracking.
• Maintain legal records, agreement repositories, and update contract and litigation trackers/MIS.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Business, HR, Operations, and Finance teams.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Practical and business-oriented legal approach.

Salary/Stipend
