Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for legal consulting, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and effective communication within the organization.

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Consulting skills.
• Litigation and Non Litigation skills.
• Legal Document Preparation proficiency.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Corporate legal issues and Compliance.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Bachelors or Masters in Law with 5-10 yrs experience.
