Details of the Job/Internship
Aris Infra is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Specialist.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of court cases from inception to resolution.
- Coordinate with legal teams to prepare case strategies, documentation, and evidence.
- Ensure timely filing and submission of legal documents and reports.
- Represent Arisinfra during cross-examinations, hearings, and other court proceedings.
- Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and legal entities, ensuring clear communication and effective case management.
- Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and affidavits.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress, outcomes, and legal correspondences.
- Collaborate with internal legal team and external counsel to strategize and execute case plans.
- Provide guidance and support to junior legal staff and assistants.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and organizational policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on case status and legal performance metrics to senior management.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 3+ years in a legal assistant or managerial role with a strong background in handling court cases and legal procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in legal management are a plus.
