ASEC ENGINEERS, A Verdantas Company is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review contracts and proposed revisions from clients and partners, identifying potential legal and commercial risks.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contract terms to mitigate risks, support operational flexibility, and strengthen business relationships.
• Provide clear, written guidance to business and technical teams on contract preparation, execution, compliance, and obligations.
• Use contract management software and processes to review, negotiate, and maintain agreements, ensuring proper documentation and repository management.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Successful completion of the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE).
• Enrollment as an advocate with a State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 3 years of legal practice, preferably in commercial or contract law.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
