Details of the Job/Internship

CA Monk is on the lookout for high-caliber legal professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience to join their dynamic in-house legal team in Gurugram. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing upskilling platform that’s transforming the landscape for Commerce and Finance professionals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters across civil, commercial, and regulatory domains.
• Draft, review, and vet a variety of legal agreements and commercial contracts.
• Support legal due diligence and compliance reviews for ongoing and prospective business transactions.
• Advise and assist on legal matters related to HR/labour issues, including employee disputes and policy compliance.
• Assist with indirect tax-related legal activities, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel for legal representation and strategy.
• Provide proactive legal advisory support to business and operations teams.
• Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws, rules, and corporate policies.

Eligibility

• Experience: 1 to 5 Years.
• Education: 3 Year or 5 Year Integrated LLB.
• Astrong academic background from leading law schools and demonstrated expertise in litigation, contract management, compliance, and due diligence.
• Candidates with exposure to the hospitality sector will be given preference.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
