Details of the Job/Internship

Cactus Communications is hiring for the position of Legal Specialist to join their office Virtually.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing various legal agreements such as master service agreements, vendor agreements, NDA's, service level agreements, settlement agreements, RFP's, leave and license agreements, and more.
• Independently manage the entire contract management process using the contract management tool to ensure efficient and organized management of contracts.
• Independently manage and resolve legal and contractual queries through the legal help desk, demonstrating expertise in legal matters.
• Provide support on critical legal projects and the launch of new products/services.
• Offer timely legal advice and assistance to other departments with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification with 5-7 years’ experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing various legal contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and external parties.
• Ability to work on complex legal agreements with an organized approach in tight timelines with accuracy.
• Detail oriented.
• Proactive attitude with a keen interest in continuous learning and applying legal expertise to support the organization's growth. 
• Experience with working on complex agreements and international agreement related to SAAS including IP clauses, indemnity clauses or any other critical clauses.
• Drafting T&Cs of products/services or reviewing any policies or regulations or any data protection related requirements.
